Mayor Trzaskowski Lecture
Members of the MIT Polish Club attended a lecture given by Rafał Trzaskowski, the Mayor of Warsaw, to learn about the state of democracy in Poland, Europe, and globally along with the threats currently facing democratic institutions. A new era for the Polish Club!
The Polish Club held its first official event of this new era this evening, heading down to Cafe Polonia in the Polish Triangle for kiełbasa, gołąbki, and (of course) pierogi. We’re so excited to welcome (back) all the new and returning students this fall as we grow our club!
