On Saturday evening (November 10th, 2018) we met in a broad group of Polish and Polish-American people to celebrate the 100th Anniversary of Independence of Poland. We sang Mazurek Dąbrowskiego, listened to Prof. Wit Busza from MIT who shared with us how his life was entangled with some important events of Polish history and shared a wonderful time together!

We would like to invite you to the BBQ of the Polish Club at MIT and the Polish Scientific Network in Boston, which will take place on Tuesday, October 9 at 6pm at Westgate BBQ pits at MIT (540 Memorial Drive, Cambridge: https://maps.google.com/?q=540+Memorial+Drive&entry=gmail&source=g).
We will provide food and non-alcoholic beverages, thus we would like to ask you to:

We would like to invite you to our last screening this semester! This coming Thursday at 7:30 pm in 32-141 (MIT campus) we are showing Roman Polański’s drama film Knife in the Water. It was his first feature film, nominated for Academy Award for Best Foreign Language Film.
We will provide some delicious Polish sweets before.

We are pleased to invite all of you to our last screening this semester. On Wednesday, December 14 at 7:30pm in W20-491 (Students Center) at MIT we will be showing the last (and supposedly best!) part of the Three Colors trilogy by Krzysztof Kieślowski: Three Colors: Red. The movie relates to fraternity, the last ideal of the French Revolution. It is in French with English subtitles.

Thank you for joining us last Friday to celebrate Polish Independence Day. We had terrific time, and more than thirty people from Boston area showed up. We would like to particularly thank Harvard Polish Society for co-organizing the event and brining delicious food.
